Our Upcoming Projects

One of the first things we started when we bought the land was planting fruit trees. The plans for this orchard were overly ambitious and of course we have deviated from the original plan. However, we have stuck to heirloom varieties, no pesticides and are trying to add permaculture elements as we have time. We resorted to a ridiculously expensive amount of weed paper and mulch yet still battle weeds. We plan to transition to ground cover at some point. But we are finally getting some fruit! I know I’ve lost my mind because I go out and look at (talk to) my baby fruits every morning.
